Standard Partner
Standard Partners operate without LawnQ vehicle signage and enjoy access to residential bookings across their service region, with no cost to join and full flexibility in how they manage their schedule. They also benefit from LawnQ’s platform tools, support resources, automated booking flow, and the customer trust that comes with being part of a recognised national network. While Branded Priority Partners receive additional local advertising and commercial work opportunities due to their branding contribution, Standard Partners will also receive residential and occasional commercial jobs and remain an essential part of LawnQ’s service coverage. Standard Partners should maintain strong communication, professionalism, maintain insurance and police checks, and complete bookings within 24 - 48 hours where weather allows, ensuring customers receive a reliable and high-quality LawnQ experience across all suburbs we service.
How Payments Work
A simple and secure process that protects both partners and customers.
1. Customer books the job
When a customer books, LawnQ places their payment on hold through our payment gateway. This ensures the customer is committed and the funds are secured before any work begins.
2. Partner completes the work
After completing the job, the partner updates the job status and uploads before-and-after photos directly in the LawnQ Partner App for quality assurance
3. LawnQ captures the payment
Once the job is marked as completed, LawnQ captures the customer’s funds immediately through our payment gateway.
4. Funds are transferred to the partner
After payment is captured, the funds are sent to the partner’s nominated bank account through our payment gateway’s secure payout process.
